Our Story
Don Juan Mexican Restaurant began in the heart of La Salle, Colorado — a small-town dining room that quickly became the gathering place locals drive miles to reach. The secret isn't complicated: time-honored family recipes, ingredients chosen with care, and an owner who greets every guest at the door like an old friend.
Owner Jorge has built a culture where hospitality isn't a slogan. He walks every table, remembers returning customers by name, and keeps the kitchen honest by holding every dish to the same family standard. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular making the 80-mile round trip, you leave feeling like you belong here.
Today Don Juan serves two Northern Colorado communities — the original La Salle location and the newer Pierce restaurant — carrying the same spirit and recipes that made the first dining room famous.
